ThriveHER Collective is an empowerment and mentorship organization focused on community support, dedicated to preparing young women from underrepresented communities for success in education, leadership, and personal growth. ThriveHER creates a nurturing environment where students can explore their potential, connect with mentors, and engage in empowering youth initiatives that build a foundation for lifelong success.
Alauna Jones, M.Ed., is the Founder and Executive Director of ThriveHer Collective, a youth empowerment organization committed to developing confident, self-aware, and purpose-driven young women. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, she is passionate about creating opportunities for girls in her community to grow, lead, and thrive.
Alauna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Central State University and her Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Wright State University. With a strong foundation in both business and student development, she brings a unique approach to youth programming—blending strategic thinking with a deep understanding of student growth and engagement.
Through ThriveHer, Alauna designs and leads transformative programs that focus on identity, confidence, leadership development, and community impact. From summer enrichment experiences to leadership summits and mentorship pipelines, her work equips young women with the tools to find their voice and take action in their communities.
Driven by her passion for youth development and representation, Alauna is committed to building spaces where young women feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead—not just in the future, but right now.
