IgniteHER is a transformative 8-week summer experience designed for 4th–8th grade girls to explore who they are, build confidence, and discover their potential with the support of a strong community. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and hands-on learning, participants dive into topics like self-love, leadership, wellness, and career exploration. IgniteHER, part of the Thrive Her Collective, creates a safe, uplifting space where empowering youth are encouraged to shine brightly and lead boldly in every area of their lives.

InspirHER is the community service arm of ThriveHER Collective, dedicated to creating meaningful change through action. This branch connects college women and community members to local volunteer opportunities, service projects, and outreach initiatives that uplift and support girls and women, fostering community support. InspireHER turns passion into purpose, empowering youth to serve, lead, and inspire positive change in their communities.

EmpowHER is a school-year program designed to help middle school girls embrace their voice, build self-confidence, and lead with purpose. Through interactive sessions, mentorship circles, and hands-on service projects, participants learn to navigate adolescence with courage and self-awareness. With a focus on community support, they transform into young leaders who uplift themselves and their communities, embodying the mission of Thrive Her Collective and empowering youth to thrive.

The ThriveHER Leadership Academy, part of the Thrive Her Collective, is a 12-week experience designed to empower youth by equipping college women with the confidence, skills, and network to lead boldly in their careers and communities. Through weekly sessions, mentorship, and real-world learning opportunities, participants receive community support as they discover their leadership identity, strengthen their voice, and learn how to create meaningful impact as young changemakers.
